Gro Cart ("we," "us," or "our") provides a customizable slide cart application for Shopify stores. This Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand how we collect, use, and share your personal information and to help you understand and exercise your privacy rights.

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed by us, including on our websites, Shopify app, and other online or offline offerings. To make this Privacy Policy easier to read, our websites, app, and other offerings are collectively called "Services".

Important Note: This Privacy Policy does not apply to any of the personal information that our customers (Shopify store owners, "Merchants") may process about their end customers usingGro Cart's products and services ("Merchant Data"). Our Merchants' respective privacy policies govern the collection and use of Merchant Data. Our processing of Merchant Data is governed by the contracts that we have in place with our Merchants, not this Privacy Policy. Any questions or requests relating to Merchant Data should be directed to our Merchants.

Personal Information We Collect

Information You Provide to Us

"Personal Information" means information that alone or in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you. The Personal Information we collect will be different depending on your activities on the Gro Cart Service.

• When you register for our service, we collect your name, email address, and Shopify store information.
• If you register using a sign-in service or social media platform, we collect the information needed to authenticate your account.
• If you make a purchase or subscription, we collect payment information such as credit card number and billing address.
• We may collect Personal Information you provide when contacting our support team or participating in surveys.

Automated Technologies

"Site Information" means information received and recorded on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, browser type, the date and time of use, the pages you visit, your operating system, and information about your device. App Usage Information

To provide you with the Gro Cart Service, we share information, including Personal Information, with third-party vendors and service providers. For example, we provide Personal Information to companies that help us with our business activities, such as payment processing, hosting, analytics, and customer support. We will use reasonable efforts to ensure those companies use your Personal Information only as necessary.

As Required by Law and Similar Disclosures

In certain situations, Gro Cart may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including meeting law enforcement requirements. If Gro Cart is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website, of any change in ownership, uses of your personal information, and choices you may have regarding your personal information. Your Privacy Choices And Rights

Upon request, Gro Cart will provide you with information about whether we hold any of your personal information. If you would like to update or modify any Personal Information you have provided to us, you can do so in the account settings tab of your dashboard or by contacting us. For your protection, we will require some proof of your identity to obtain any Personal Information hosted on our site.

Additionally, you may deactivate your account by contacting us. At your request, we will remove your Personal Information, provided we have no outstanding business or other obligation requiring such information. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.

Data Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information from our systems. This includes all personal data we have collected about you through your use of Gro Cart Services.

To request deletion of your personal information, please contact us at support@grocart.app. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days of verification.

Upon verified request, we will delete:

• Account information (name, email, address)
• Payment information
• Usage analytics tied to your account
• Uploaded files and content

We may retain certain information when required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including transaction records required for tax reporting, information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements, and anonymized data that cannot identify you.

Email and Telephone Communications

If you receive an unwanted email from us, you can use the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email to opt out of receiving future emails. Note that you will continue to receive transaction-related emails regarding products or Services you have requested. We may also send you certain non-promotional communications regarding us and our Services, and you will not be able to opt out of those communications (e.g., communications regarding our Services or updates to our Terms or this Privacy Policy).

Security Of Your Information

The security of your Personal Information is important to us and we take reasonable steps to ensure that it is treated accordingly. However, we cannot ensure the security of any information provided to us. We do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.

You agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Gro Cart Service. If we learn of a security system breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Gro Cart Service or by sending an email to you.

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 13 years of age without parental consent, and no part of the Gro Cart Service is directed to children under the age of 13.
